We are NOT the MIDDLE MAN, our agency brings an new driver straight to the company.

Our foundations are based on building a relationship between the company and the driver.

Our services are charged to the company ONLY after SUCCESFUL trail period, in a form of one-time fee.

WE WILL NEVER share your information with anyone without your approval, nor will you be getting promotional calls or messages!

You will be assigned with your recruiter, who will handle all your needs in terms of settling in your perfect job match and it stops there!

Q: WHO IS NN CONSULTING AGECY RECRUITING?
A: NN Consulting is a third-party recruiting company that partners with the industry’s best trucking companies. NN Consulting does not have any trucks, equipment or dispatches. We only have highly trained recruiters who are responsible for presenting the best options you are qualified for.

Q: WILL I BE WORKING FOR RIGHT TURN OR FOR THE TRUCKING COMPANY DIRECTLY?
A: We do not hire any drivers and we are not a staffing company. We help you gain full-time employment with the trucking company that best suits your needs. We are here to help weed out the carriers that oversell themselves and potentially lead you to a carrier you may have never heard of otherwise.

Q: WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF GOING THROUGH YOU INSTEAD OF THE COMPANY DIRECTLY?
A: Our job is to see your offer from the beginning all the way to the end. We help you complete a full DOT application that shines. We coach you to help improve your chances of getting approved. We provide quick and fast communication and even speak to carriers on your behalf. Our end goal is to help increase your chances of getting approved and to provide you with real-time updates to keep you in the know.

Q: WHY SHOULDN’T I JUST APPLY THROUGH THE COMPANY’S WEBSITE?
A: You are more than welcome to apply however you like. But when you allow NN Consulting to help you with your application, you will have someone you can count on with real-time updates and fast feedback. Q: WHAT TRUCKING COMPANIES DO YOU WORK WITH?
A: We work with a wide variety of carriers across the Canada. We work with carriers that offer the following: dry van, reefer, flatbed, and box truck. We work with experienced drivers, lease purchase, owner operators and teams. Ultimately, we work with a little bit of everything to best serve any driver who may call us. The only carriers we don’t work with are those that do not meet our guidelines—they must be safe, well-respect and offer some of the best benefits in the industry.

Q: WHAT IS THE CENT-PER-MILE RATE (CPM)?
A: We work with several carriers; the pay is different with each carrier. Some carriers run high mileage and start drivers out at just .45cpm. Others are willing to start drivers out as high as .90cpm! Call us today for specifics involving current opportunities.
